This is a 2nd Gen Dodge ram tailgate that is in great condition. This is a rust free CA tailgate with a very clean exterior skin. The interior is also in very good condition and looks like it had a bed liner on it for some time. It doesn't show many dents on the inside at all and I didn't see anything I would call greater than a parking lot ding on the inside skin. Latch assembly is complete and works as it should. Includes tailgate cables. Free shipping only applies to lower 48 states. All packing/shipping/moving of parts is done on weekends. Ebay is not my full time job and my storage is an hour round trip from my house, so moving parts around on weekdays is not in the cards. If you need something immediately, I'm not your guy. The handling time is built into my delivery estimate on auto parts. All large items are packaged by a shipping company, and go out on Monday or Tuesday depending on how busy they are. I package all smaller items and drop off for Monday pick up.
